YOGA BISHMACHARYA AWARD PRESENTED TO

DR ANANDA BALAYOGI BHAVANANI

Yogacharya Dr Ananda Balayogi Bhavanani, Chairman ICYER & Yoganjali Natyalayam, Pondicherry and Hon General Secretary Pondicherry Yogasana Association was honoured with the title award of Yoga Bishmacharya by the Tirumoolar Yoga and Natural Diet Trust and Tamil Nadu State Yogasana Association at the State Level Yoga Sport Championship held at Chennai on 21st November 2004

The citation presented to Dr Ananda on the occasion reads,

“We deem it a great honour to confer the title YOGA BISHMACHARYA on Dr ANANDA BALAYOGI BHAVANANI in recognition of his selfless service towards disseminating the uniqueness of Yoga and for his constant efforts in propagating the importance of traditional yoga which is the need of the hour”.

Yogi Dr TA Krishnan, Founder President, Tirumoolar Yoga and Natural Diet Trust and Yogasana Chakravathy Dr Asana Andiappan, President, Tamil Nadu State Yogasana Association presented the award to Dr Ananda at a glittering function held at the Dharma Prakash Thirumana Mandapan, Chennai, India.

The Yoga Sport event attracted nearly 700 competitors from all over Tamil Nadu and was organised by Yogi Janardhanan, the Founder Shri Sai Ram Trust and Dr S Arumugam, the President, Yoga Cultural Society.

Shri Ravi Arumugam and Shri Venugopal of Chennai conducted the event in an efficient and successful manner.
