Thank you so much for sending on world meditation info... I stopped my begginers class at 8 in the evening.and we sat in stillness as we have been practising.. but a different vibe this time as they found it so much easier to be still ! It was so benificial to know that we were part of the dear souls all over the planet sitting at the same moments! I am so glad i have a class at this time to share with..we look forward to joining you at the next one...it felt as if 3 of you from the ashram were with us in class1!
