To learn Yoga is to live Yoga and this is exactly what is done here at Ananda Ashram, the Gurukula, the womb of the Guru. You cannot learn Yoga from books, nor fom weekend courses you have to live it and experience it in its totality and that means the ups and downs, the good bits and bad bits which are all valid as this is the only way to know yourself which is what we are doing thorugh Yoga. This was definitely the best decision I made in my life and I feel so happy that I studied here and not anywhere else....for this I feel I had good karma guiding me. I studied in the 1999 group.
