thank you for the multitude of information on technically nonVegetarian

foods, it is evident that the only way to live in this world is to know the

source of your food and to eat naturally from as close to the source of your

food products as possible.

It has long been a dream of mine to become fully sustainable, by growing

organic produce. This is an inevitable move if we are to remain truly

healthy in the world we live in, we must engage in a practice of self

sufficiency or at least live in close contact with group or community, which

produces healthy organic foods. Modern day internationl supermarkets,

stores etc have no interest in our health and are a purely money making

machine.

I have a further question on a different topic, regarding sleep.

I was talking with a friend about controlling the amount of sleep we take to

influence our mind/body, he was explaining how reducing sleep

hours(obviously carefully, gradually and with reason) can really alter our

state of mind and energy levels. I have already naturally been doing this

and am now beginning to take more notice in the amount of sleep i take.

I have been told that this is an element of Taoism and have heard about it

in buddhist meditation retreats, i am sure there is a yogic system of

thought on this and have read a little about sleep management in the

correspondance course.

Is there any information from anyone regarding sleeping patterns and a

system of sleep management with the specific benefits/results of hours slept

available? I understand that for each individual it is different but a

system of experimentation with recommended guidelines would be greatfully

appreciated.

thank you to everyone for your attention and i look forward to hearing from

you soon.

Love Olly
