Guest guest Posted May 10, 2007 Report Share Posted May 10, 2007 Calcium - tofu, green leafy veg, brocalie, tahini, parsley, watercress, almonds, swede, brazils, figs soya milk - basically if you eat a balanced diet all your needs will be met in the fresh veg, pulses, nuts etc that you will eat.
