*Yogic Remedy from Diseases

Dr. Tushar K. Ray

Our soul by own nature shines out like sun

Unless purposefully or not, we block its rays

To satisfy own ego out of greed or ignorance

And create needless dis-eases in us to play

Masked souls struggle hard to bring out own glow

While ego tries to block it to protect own mask

Thus creating a turbulence in mind, body and soul

Resulting in dis-eases that we soon experience

Such repeated distress in turn harms our body

Due to blockage of energy flow along the way

That slowly dislocates our mind-body balance

While looking for energy outlets taking byways

Such erratic flow of energy affects our health

Building up some tension-zones within the body

By way of energy buildup in an unnatural mode

Breaking up our systematic biorhythmic codes

However focusing own mind on our blissful soul

Allows a content mind to come to a standstill

When body joins mind turning joyfully tranquil

While energy-flow gradually comes to be normal

Let’s resolve to discover our own blissful soul

Using the wellknown means of Yoga-Meditation

And attaining our soul as blissful consciousness

Let’s live within own self with a healthy emotion

Soon diseases would disappear from our body

Restoring energy flow to a fully balanced state

And happiness will reappear by own true nature

While Spirit Soul shines forth leading the way
