namaste ananda, just listened to Swamiji,s CD [No3 side B]. Swamiji says Gulping Down Water, Shocks the System and Stays in body. Sipping Water, Stays Long Enough in Stomach [Porous Walls] to reach Lymphatic System [similar to taking a Table Spoon of Medicine] Tea + Coffee +Alcohol all "'De-Hydrate"' Cot Death can be Caused By De-Hydration. Dear Ananda and Murali

 

Your discussion on drinking water is very valuable. Water should be sippped and swallowed slowly. Make it a thought -provoking act.

Hydration also involves oxygenation. More importantly seems the gaining of prana. We are 70-80% water or H2O. In other words: we are air mostly! Gulping air leads to blurping.

The fast drinking of water creates "water on the brain".This creates bloated egos.

 

I rest my case........
