The Wild Pear Centre, North Devon Coast

 

 

The Wild Pear Centre is on the North Devon coast. Sprung wooden floors, cosy surroundings & homemade organic food from a local source all make it perfect to host a yoga retreat. A former dance studio, now a centre for personal growth work located in a seaside village on the edge of Exmoor National Park and close to spectacular coastal scenery & secluded beaches. On a clear day you can see Wales!

5-7th December 2008

Ceridwen, Carmarthanshire

 

 

 

 

In the green & abundant Teifi valley of West Wales, Ceridwen rests on the side of a hill overlooking the surrounding woodland. Ceridwen is based on a 40 acre organic farm & the catering is done with the best organic ingredients from the garden. They have a strong green ethos here & everything here has been thought out to offset the minimum carbon footprint possible.

Cost: £225

 

 

All weekends start late on the friday afternoon. After dinner we will have an evening session. Saturday and Sunday will start with early Hatha Yoga classes. There will be a break after breakfast then before lunch there will be a Pranayama class. There will be some free time before the afternoon workshop and then after supper there will be an evening session. Sunday will finish after the afternoon workshop. Accomodation is shared but there is often the possibility of a single room with a supplement of £30. Please check this with me first.
