Sanskrit translation needed

Someone sent me this sanskrit verse asking me if I could translate it. There

are two sounds

that I can't make out, and I don't know how well I did with the rest of it.

Sanskrit classes

were from a few years ago. As far as meaning, I think this is explaining what

hatha yoga is??

 

Any help would be appreciated.

the translation of the shlokas is below:

"ha" is denoted for the sun and "tha" is denoted for the moon.the union of sun and moon is called hatha yoga.
