Guest guest
Hi Gabriel, Nice to meet you, I know Santa Rosa I've been there when travelling to Harbin Hotsprings. It's in Cali right... I'm from the UK but I love the USA. Are you planning to do the practice? Hi John, thanks for the love hearts, my favourite shape is a heart, x x x Dear all, my trip to the UK has been eye opening and chakra opening. Connecting to this heavenly country once again has helped me access some knowledge about myself and my lifes path and also a deep connection to where I've come from. I'll be very sad to go back to China but thats where I'm at right now so c'est la vie... Hope everyone is well, thinking of you all with love Elektra x x x Gabriel <gabriel wrote: Hi everyone, I just joined the group recently and being lazy I'm just now getting around to introducing myself. My name is Gabriel and I met Chris here in Santa Rosa a few weeks ago. He and I got to talking about the Kundalini etc., and while I don't have any personal stories in relation to the K it does intrigue me greatly. Lets see, some details about me... I'm 24 years old living with my girlfriend and two cats, and I'm trying to get into a teaching credential program. I've always been trying to figure out " life, the universe, and everything " although usually from a more scientific standpoint. Turns out this is beneficial and detrimental all at once, further reinforcing my belief that most things come in shades of gray. I grew up with my parents going to an Ashram where they practiced Siddha Yoga although I never was very into it, however that has helped me quite a bit on my own path by giving me an appreciation for other methods of spirituality. Well, other than silly info on my hobbies or somesuch I don't have much else. If you want to hear more just ask and I'll be happy to bore you with my life details I get a good vibe from the message group and I hope I can get closer to where most of you seem to be! -Gabriel

Guest guest
Welcome, Thomas. As a Seeker, you have quite a broad spectrum of experience in different beliefs! A thorough seeker. And now you're here...something completely different yet you'll find hints in all you've studied that speaks of Kundalini by different names and expressions. I think you were led here for a reason. There is much to read in the files, past posts. Please feel free to ask questions. We aren't shy about that here. And between all of us, you will find an answer. We look forward to talking to you and getting to know you, too. Again, welcome to the group, Thomas. Peace as you continue your journey, Valarie
Guest guest
Welcome Thomas, I just finished reading your blogs on your MySpace and I thank you for sharing. I feel I know you a lot better already. What you have written there pretty much answered my earlier question today on 'no expectation'. This paragragh of yours especially: @@@@ So all this projection of ideals, and yearning for their fulfillment is a huge mistake. It is escapism. Just see yourself as you really are. It won't make a difference if you want to or don't want to see. It won't make a difference if you escape into some activity designed to make you a better person. You are what you are, like it or not, and you will never understand yourself if you don't want to see yourself. You will never change if you don't understand. Change is outside of any projected time, but is in Real Time, in that stream, is happening from instant to instant, is NOW. Stop. Look. Directly see without judging yourself. When you see yourself in all your glory, you will understand, and stop the mind games. Then, in the quiet of the Living Moment, you will not be a part of creating more conflict.@@@@ Thanks! Now if I can just keep my mind to stayed wrapped around that concept. Love & blessings, Linda , " Thomas " <magick41 wrote: > > My name is Thomas, and I am 60 years old.
