I am normal, but would like to learn some breathing and simple exercises to keep myself fit. Ready to come personally even daily to your Ashram. I believe that it can will the body to heal itself in any crisis and the medicine is just aiding to a faster recovery. Please correct me if i am not. Guest guest Posted January 19, 2010 Report Share Posted January 19, 2010  no you can't. you have to define in what context you are using the term. the word 'manas' is used differently in different systems. manas in yoga context, manas in sankhya context, manas in vedanta context. if you are using the term as in (manas, chitta, buddhi, ahamkara) the four components parts of the mind then it not enough to say. since here the term manas refers the the sensory motor system. when you have given the context only then a proper comment can be made.
