Guest guest
February 9, 2010 Dear Sadhak, Regenerate, Rejuvenate & Rehabilitate with CHAKRA HEALING It is with great pleasure that I announce my first workshop for 2010 on “Chakra Healingâ€, which is based on my discipline Vibrational Breath Therapy (VBT), which I have researched and developed during the last twenty one years. It will be held at the Augustine Centre, 2 Minona Street, East Hawthorn on Saturday February 20, from 7 – 9 pm. A flyer on the workshop is attached. The Chakra Healing workshops will be conducted with the blessings of Prof Avni Sali, Doyen of Integrative Medicine and Director of the National Institute of Integrative Medicine (NIIM) 729, Burwood Road, East Hawthorn, who has been my mentor from 1986. NIIM is a pioneer in Australia in conducting research into complementary and integrative therapies to expand their scientific evidence base. NIIM recently conducted a pilot research project into a Therapists’ Course of VBT and the results are awaited. You may be interested to know that during the Christmas holidays I presented this same workshop on invitation by Mr P Mathew Samuel, Director of Tourism, Government of Pondicherry, at the 17th International Yoga Festival. I was also invited to present the workshop by Dr Madanmohan, Professor & Head, Department of Physiology, JIPMER & Programme Director, Advanced Centre for Yoga Therapy, Education & Research (ACYTER) at Jawaharlal Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education and Research (JIPMER), and by Yogacharya Dr Ananda Balayogi, Chairman, International Centre for Yoga Education & Research (ICYER) at the Ananda Ashram, Pondicherry. These Chakra Healing workshops at Pondicherry were extremely well received. I also conducted three more workshops at the Gandhinagar Club, Adyar, Chennai on invitation by Mr & Mrs Dr Sheela Vishwanath, who have a well patronised wellness centre in Chennai called Orion, having the most modern laboratory facilities and offering the best of orthodox and complementary medicine including Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga. They are also closely associated with Dr Madanmohan, Dr Ananda, Prof Avni Sali, & me in this quest for health and wellbeing and bringing closer Australia and India in this process. Please feel free to ask me for the January bulletin of ACYTER on the workshop on Chakra Healing for your information and I shall be pleased to send it to you. I welcome you to join us in working jointly for the wellness of our community. Also please give it publicity among your students, friends and well wishers. Thanks. Love, Yoga Bhishmacharya Sri Bala Ratnam Founder, Vibrational Breath Therapy (based on Rishiculture Ashtanga Yoga) www.vbt.com.au 1 of 1 File(s) New_layup_A5_flyer
