namaste to all my world yoga family

am on the way back home after a great and successful tour of south

africa organised so well by Marietjie and the Anjali School of yoga

was a reawakening for me in many ways and was overwelmed with the

greatlove and respect from all teachers and students-such wonderful

and dedicated people indeed

having Anna Maree and Murali with me was really special and they took

such good care of me-this really deepens the relationship for sure

just want to remind you all that my tour plans are up on www.icyer.com

and would realy aprecite you joining me for sadhana and fun whenever

and whereever it is possible
