Guest guest Posted June 13, 2007 Report Share Posted June 13, 2007 i've tried several yogas lately- kripalu, kundalini(very bizarre), bikram, sat nam, anusara, or just 'vigorous vinyasa flow,' and out of all of them i've left ashtanga feeling the best. it's the most blissful. unfortunately, with my prescription meds my parents make me take, im very tired all day and can't do it unless i go to a class. and there's no ashtanga classes around me- only like, 40 minutes awat. my plan is to get off the pills, and start doing it on my own like i used to- the point where i was happiest in my life!
