>Hi Robert,

i believe acupuncture/ chinese medicine herbs may help. But you should

also see someone like an Osteopath/Chiropractic every few weeks. As

your practice deepens its important to look after your self by going

to health practitioners. Im not sure if its important to mention but

you need to have two days rest when working on certain muscle groups

and in that time work on other muscle groups. I know its a bit hard to

change the posture sequence given that there are specific asana's

when doing Ashtanga sequence, but maybe do less or modified chataranga

pushup's (knee's on floor) in between each asana for time being.

Thats my personal opinion but im not an expert so maybe speak to your

yoga teacher, but you need to do whats best for you now. I found this

website which explains tendonitis and how TCM can help. Hope you find

relief!
