Can somebody help me with a schedule consisting of a few asanas from ashtangayoga that i might practice regularly to improve my condition.... PLS B KIND AND DO HELP ME!!!!!!!!!!!! Please be reminded that yoga is not about gaining or losing weight or beautifying one's body. So long as one is healthy why worry about gaining weight? Also try some asanas that will improve your digestion, increase the blood supply to your digestive organs.
