Lisa Schrempp is a 1999 graduate of the Ayurvedic

Studies Program directed by Dr. Vasant Lad, with whom she studied

sacred texts, herbs, disease pathology, and Pancha Karma treatments.

She has recently returned from India after apprenticing with Dr. Lad in a clinic

in Pune, India.

Lisa has practiced Ashtanga Yoga since 1991, completing intermediate

series with Sri K. Pattabhi Jois, and receiving his blessing to teach.

Lisa is also a certified Jivamukti teacher, and served as a mentor and

educator in the Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Training Program. In addition,

she has a teaching certificate from Sivananda Yoga and a Yoga Therapy

Certificate from B.K.S. Iyengar.
