Hi

 

We are a small company running a Cycling & Yoga retreat this winter in

southern Spain. I am an Ashtangi cyclist and Yoga teacher, and my

colleague is a professional female cyclist, and we'd like to bring an

Authorised Ashtanga Teacher to our retreat to run traditional morning

Mysore classes in our lovely mountain studio.

We would be doing training/yoga classes in the late morn and

afternoons with athletes and beginners, but the studio will be free

for 10 - 15 practitioners each morning as a Mysore room.

 

We would do all the admin and bookings for clients, who would stay in

a lovely converted Andalucian farmhouse, near to our own, very

inexpensive. As an Ashtangi myself, I aim to encourage simplicity,

commitment to practice, fellowship, and dedication to the traditional

method, and I would be delighted to assist an authorised (or nearly

so) teacher in holding Practice Intensives at our retreat centre.
