that Linda Munro will be giving a Special Holiday Workshop this December!What a

way to spend the holidays; celebrating in Paris, one of the most beautiful

cities in the world, deepening your Ashtanga practice with this intensive

workshop. The workshop is limited to 12 students so you are sure to learn and

enjoy the intimacy of working in a small group.During this intensive workshop

Linda will focus on the fundamental concepts of the ashtanga practice (bandha,

ujjayi, drishti) and the positions (asanas) of the primary series in a safe and

intelligent way. The workshops are intended to give the newer practioners a

solid foundation in the Ashtanga system or to deepen the more experienced

practioners existing practice by examining the asanas more in depth than one is

able to during the regular daily practice. Each day Linda will feature a section

of the primary series, breaking down the positions to feel them on a deeper

level and exploring new positions to bring new awareness to the traditional

asana series. The cost of the 4 sessions is 150 euros. The workshop will be in
