newbe! Just started

Hi, I just started yoga yesterday and have done two workouts! Both

times I felt as if I had an intense massage and after about two hours I

felt dizzy and tired and achey (but not in a bad way). I did not expect

this because I have been practicing kung fu for 20 years is this normal?

Ashtanga yoga makes you release things. It happened to me sometimes, don't

worry, I think its a good sign that this practice is good for you.
