Hello,

There are 6 of us senior Ashtanga Yoga School (former school of David and

garrigues') students who teach and practice the traditional Mysore classes

Monday-Fridays 5

- 9 a.m. and a led class Saturdays 9 - 11 a.m. at 8 Limbs yoga in Capitol Hill.

www.8limbsyoga.com.

Also there is Troy Lucero. www.troylucero.com He has a Mysore M-Fridays, but it

is not

traditional people can come in and do the practice they wish to do. Richard

freeman is

coming to this studio in February.

Hope that helps,

Kelly

I go to troylucero.com for mysore on weekdays and led classes on Sunday. He also

teaches noon classes through the week. I think he is excellent. BTW, he is also

hosting a Richard Freeman workshop on Feb 20-22.

You can also check out the mysore program at the Capitol Hill location of

eightlimbsyoga.com. A group of loyal practitioners get together weekday

mornings. They have a small led primary class on Saturday mornings.

Jayashree and Narasimhan, of Mysore, India, will be in Seattle soon, they are in

Portland this weekend at neareastyoga.com. I recently had the pleasure to host

them in SF and I would encourage everyone to go see them, it will deepen your

yoga practice. They are teaching Patanjali's Yoga Sutras, which includes the

original reference to the eight limbs of ashtanga yoga. The workshops include

chanting of the yoga sutras, translation, commentary, discussion, q & a & a

concert with Jayashree.

To see the Jayashree concert in SF, check out:
