When I heard of your death, I paused and took a breath

I though how I would feel now that you're no longer here

The pains setting in, I feel your presence gone

I listen to your voice, I hear you in my prayers

I wish I could hear you sing once again

I feel for your touch, your authority and command

I was at ease when you were near

Thousands and more mourn, many more than me

So many before me, so few to come after

Still I feel the loss as I've been lucky to have known you at all

Thank you for your love, disipline and strength

My memories of you are all I have left

Sympathy for your family is all I can give

Faith to your teachings is all I can do

For your, my Guru, I miss you by Charles
