Guest guest
I always say, if you clean your colon, you clean you soul I cleansed myself last year and it was great! I'm not sure where you live, but here is a website I bought products from. Look into it and if you do decide to do this, I would love to know your progress. It's a touchy subject, but one that is important to the quality of life we live. Rid yourself of physical ailments so you can start concentrating on what is important to you. Good luck!!! http://www.drnatura.com/ Peace lisa Omar Ali wrote: > > Hi and everyone, > > The Kundalini practise of yogi bhajan like provided here ( > kundalini yogaclasses.html > <kundalini yogaclasses.html> ) or any Kriyas from his > books or the five tibetans and safeties and compression prayer. > They all make my IBS ( > http://digestive.niddk.nih.gov/ddiseases/pubs/ibs_ez/ > <http://digestive.niddk.nih.gov/ddiseases/pubs/ibs_ez/> ) get worse. > > I am not sure it is IBS but that is what the doctors said, but I > think it is a blockage or something around the navel chakra, my > bowels doesn't move, I can't feel them most of the time, my belly is > bloated and swollen , no spasms or anything, just a rock > hard " nothingness " , it hurts very much because I can't breathe, I > live my days suffocated and stale from inside, body and mind , and it > gets worse with practise. only hatha yoga aleviates these symptoms a > little. > > I understand this is an emotional thing, I had a troubled childhood > and stressful life, I lived with suppressing negative emotions and > hiding feelings for so long, psychiatrists made my life even worse, > much worse, I went to psychiatric hospital once, and I never stopped > psycholeptic and anti-depressant medications since I was 18 (I am 32 > years). > > I hate to say this word, but I have deep emotional challenges, all in > relations with other people, I have to be frank and honest, fear and > anger are amplified in me. Guest guest
Dear all, I finally have received my 200hr accreditation and was wondering if anyone could give me some tips on looking for work - I am based Melbourne, Australia. Have been to a few gyms and generally trying to put the feelers out, but any advice would be appreciated. Warmest regards, Sophie
Guest guest
I was thinking about starting mine, so I'd be interested in how this goes.... When I freelance as a programmer, I focus on client satisfaction. I feel there is no advertisement as effective as a good testimonial. Perhaps in the beginning, find people who need help in some way and teach them something that helps for free in return for an honest written evaluation of your teaching. Complimentary ones will thicken your resume.
