I am very ambitious and want to do things right. But I also think I put too much strain on my knees and I need to back off a little. The poses you mentioned are basics but really I think we can never do enough of them...It is very clever to do some warming up before the ashtanga practise, I will definitely take that on board. Thanks so much... I really need to back off otherwise I too will have to deal with meniscus problems... I am happy that you found a way to continue your practise!!!
