I am going to be in India for 6 months (this Oct to next April) and I want to be

studying and practicing yoga everyday (well, very nearly). So far I have looked

into the KPJAYI school, and have learned that they are closed from Dec 14 - Jan

10. As I am there for only 6 months, I don't want to miss out on a month of

practice.

1. In your opinion is it better to go to Mysore or Goa for 6 months of Astanga

Vinyasa yoga training? What are the differences in teachers and in costs?

2. Does anyone have experience of schools other than KPJAYI in Mysore and have

recommendations?

3. Or does anyone have experience of yoga schools in Goa?

I have never been to either location, so do not know the schools or teachers

there. Your input and advice is appreciated!

Thanks, Sarah
