Guest guest
Hi All, I just got an email from Clayton Horton (based in San Francisco, teaches worldwide) offering a colour/photo chart for Primary Series. I don't know if I can attach it here but you can go to www.greenpathyoga.org and I'm sure he'll send the file directly to you. It's pretty good but too similar to David's chart as a replacement for me. I would be more interested in handing out a guide with a woman demonstrating 1st and 2nd series. About 50-60% of may students are female.

Guest guest
Just my 2 cents -- but I find that people learn series more quickly when not given a chart. In a mysore class -- its easy to guide students to next pose, also there are logical groupings that can be pointed out not so very obvious when simply following chart in led class -- You can quiz class as to next pose or have them repeat name of pose as they begin to do it. -tom On Wed, Aug 19, 2009 at 3:46 PM, fdaubenspeck <DDauben841 wrote: > > > ashtangayoga <ashtangayoga%40>, > " noyoga_nopeace " <noyoga_nopeace wrote: > > > > Hi All, > > > > I just got an email from Clayton Horton (based in San Francisco, teaches > worldwide) offering a colour/photo chart for Primary Series. > > > > I don't know if I can attach it here but you can go to > www.greenpathyoga.org and I'm sure he'll send the file directly to you. > > > > It's pretty good but too similar to David's chart as a replacement for > me.
