floating through

Hi. Does anyone know a good way (without props) to practise the lower back area

for the float throughs? I realised that a lot of the strength must come from

there for pushing up the legs high enough.

Practice lolasana between each navasana.

You can also practice lolasana as part of your jump back between each seated

pose.

When you have the strength/flexibility to float a good lolasana, you will

also have the

strength/flexibility necessary for float through.
