Guest guest
Tom answered another of my posts Aug 10 this year, that got me thinking, this is a section of the post: " Again, a personal bias, but I don't think someone should be teaching a pose unless they have done it themselves. Hard to know what's really going on in a pose unless you've been there yourself. " This point is something that i also believe is important when teaching. Having direct experience and knowledge of an asana instead of textbook or third party experience is vastly superior in my point of view and leads to a greater understanding of the internal and physical aspects of practise for both the teacher and the student they are tutoring. Is this a view shared by most? metta k
