Guest guest
Does anyone know of any week long Ashtanga retreats happening this winter or spring or where to look to find them? Most of what I'm finding online is for just a few days. Thanks! Mary Alice

Guest guest
There are Ashtanga Retreats at Purple Valley from now until April, and then the season re-starts in October through to April next year. Check out www.yogagoa.com They recommend that you do a two-week booking but that's really because its a long way to travel. Apart from Sharath's retreat (which has finished now anyway) you can book for one week if you want. Guest guest
Thank you to everyone for their ideas on retreats--now all I have to do is get some time to sit down and look up all these fantastic places! Peace and blessings, Mary Alice
Guest guest
I just came back from Purple Valley with Noah Williams and it was amazing! Great place, serene, lovely staff and amazing authorized/ certified Ashtanga teachers. Noah Williams was phenomenal - approachable and down to earth, plus shared so much knowledge and wisdom about what Guruji and Sharath has taught and shared with him.
