i'm relocating to lexington kentucky and am hoping to find a place to practice

mysore-style or an am practice group. let me know what's out there! : )

See if you can locate dean holt in Lexington . I met him when living

in louisille . If u get a chance to visit louisville, check out yoga

east, Laura spaulding. She us a great teacher.

I don't believe that Dean is teaching at the moment and I don't know of a Mysore

class in Lexington right now. I have heard of one morning led class and if you

send me an e-mail I can send you the instructor's contact info.
