Guest guest Posted March 27, 2010 Report Share Posted March 27, 2010 Do you have flat feet or collapsible arches? You may have to bring more awareness to how you stand on your feet during your poses. My arches collapse so I have to be sure to always stand on all 4 corners of my feet. The mounds underneath my toes and the heels have to be rooted at all times.Talk to your teacher about it.
