Yes,

I've been seeing more prana dots and flashes too!

At the weirdest unexpected times...very intersting!

Your " energy massage " --in your other note--reminded me of my recent healing

experience.

We are on to something here!

:)

Prana

I went to the beach yesterday, well Lake Erie. They have a nice sand

beach there with somewhat clean water, but nonetheless, a very pleasant

place to have fun and relax. As as I looked around, I studied all kinds

of people, young and old. They appeared to be children to me no matter

their age. They lived their lives, or acted according to their beliefs

on what was right for them. They believed that their actions whatever it

may be was the correct and an appropriate one, but how different we all

are. Even their conversations seemed so insignificant to me. They were

precious, powerful beings with souls of children in a limited body and

going through life not growing the way they should, spiritually and not

just physically and intellectually. You might be a walking

encyclopedia, but you don't carry that knowledge after you pass on. When

will these children evolve? Or are we destined to always be spiritual

children until the end of time? Do we return to Earth until we finish

growing spiritually? These are questions I will someday find out myself.

With that being said... I opened my eyes as I was laying down and looked

up to the clear blue sky. I didn't look for the Prana dots, they just

happened to covered my whole viewing range. They were beautiful and a

bright golden white, swarming everywhere! As I laid there, I worked on

my energy within myself and read a book called 'The power of now'. My

favorite saying was, '/What time is it? The time is now/.' Of course it

is! So live in the now, and that is what I intend to do everyday.

Anyhow, this is just me 'thinking' about people in general.

Thanks for your time :)

Lisa

I received a Reiki treatment today from a friend. It was relaxing, but

as she put her hands on my feet (she uses her own method) I felt a pull

of energy to me and also a quick vision of my deceased father and it

saddened me and I began to tear up. I then moved to my children and felt

a ton of love for them that continued to make me tear up. Other than

that, it was relaxing and most interesting.

Hi Lisa,

I think that your reiki session sounds very powerful, the best healings are

ones that make you cry, or instigate an emotional release. I have had some

similar experiences with reiki.

also, Thankyou for sharing your lovely energetic kundalini moment, sounds

heavenly...

Much love Elektra x x x

Oh good, I was hoping to see if this emotional reaction was normal in Reiki.

Thanks for your response, I appreciate it :)

Yeah I agree, practicing on your own is fine as long as you follow the way you

have been shown properly. I think thats one of the great things about yoga that

its personal and you can practice by yourself.

I just wanted to stress that you should not strain the breath as someone who has

not done any pranayama could injure themselves. Common sense in a way I guess :)
