Gondia Shivir - Close darshan of Gurudev Arvindji

Jai Gurudev!

 

I have just come from Gondia Shivir that was conducted

on 30th June – 1st July. It was another wonderful

Shivir that Gurudev Arvindji has conducted. Even

though there were very heavy rains the spirit was not

dampened.

 

Due to large crowd, both the days, I had to sit very

far from Gurudev. On my way back, I had to catch a

flight back to Mumbai from Nagpur.

 

And lo!...after check-in I saw Gurudev Arvindji. I saw

him for 2-3 secs and then he was not there. I thought

it is just my imagination. Sometime later he came back

again and I saw other Gurubhais who had come to

see-off Gurudevji. After check-in, Guruji were all

alone and I could not believe my luck!!

 

I greeted him and touched his feet. I could not

believe that I was with Guruji all alone with distance

of less than a feet. His face was radiant and there

was no sign of tiredness even after long shivir hours

for 2 days. He must have got up atleast at 3 AM as the

distance from Gondia to Nagpur by road is around 3

hrs.

 

He asked my who I was and what do I do. He gratefully

agreed to accept my visiting card. He took my mobile

no. and he also gave me his mobile no. He told me that

I can contact him anytime I want in case of any

difficulty or query!!! He is such a noble person.

 

The whole experience was heart-touching and it left

tears in my eyes as he went from the Security area to

board the plane.

 

Truly, Gurudev has a big heart for all of us and

bountiful energy and radiance.
