Guest guest Posted March 18, 2010 Report Share Posted March 18, 2010 here are some great tips on how to relax and do some sound meditation... *eat veg food only,avoid nonveg food as much as possible *do chetna mantra one mala daily *wear energised 10mukhi rudraksh which should be collector bead *avoid listening to too much of music *try to remain calm quiet by speaking less and to the point *practise some basic breathing exercises,remeber mind is a kite which can be controlled thru the string which is the breath Vikrant Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
