Guest guest
Life is about challenges - facing them with courage ensures glorious victory. Cowards never get started; idle morons who shamelessly beg for mercy and expect others to work for them. The weak die along the way; hypocrites who weasel out hiding behind the veil of difficulties. A rare few, who either win or die, move ahead with unabated determination facing the deadliest of storms and reach their ultimate goal. Sadhanas are meant only for those rare few. For the past few days, I've been repeatedly getting some of strangest requests for help. One guy wants to become super-genius instantly, the other wishes to fly like Superman, another one dreams of becoming unreasonably rich overnight and the next wants me to make a girl dream about him. Their notion of sadhanas is disappointing to say the least. The way they talk about their rock solid faith in God and my Gurudev intrigues me, but I wonder if it will remain solid when they'll be forced to face the reality. I wonder how they would react if I told them that my Gurudev trekked the whole Himalayas on foot and despite being the best, performed gruelling sadhanas for decades before reaching the highest state. Sadhana is not magic and it can not change anything in a blink of an eye. Have faith, be imaginative; but first, dare to face the reality.
