Unknown World My first Breath I cry in protest open my eyes to the shadows of an unknown world. My first steps through the obstacles out to meet earth, sky sun, and rain. The game is on rules unknown played in innocence I skin my knee love comes to heal the pain. Curtain rises the play's begun daughter wife mother grandmother widow the role's I've done them all. There's no applause no words of praise the audience is gone I leave the stage. The game is over the curtain falls I close my eyes and welcome the shadows of an unknown world. M.F.S.
