Meaning:

Providing the head to submit,

mouth to praise the long ankleted feet,

the group of fine devotees to get along,

my Lord is dancing along with the Lady

at the hall of embellished thillai

- singing that virtuous character,

let us pluck flowers from creepers.

Notes:

1. God has given four things to the souls

- tanu, karaNa, bhuvana, bhoga

(body, instruments, worlds, enjoyments).

They are great tools and be carefully used

to enjoy the Bliss of Lord shiva. The body

we have has to be employed in His service.

That is the reason appar has sung thiruvangamAlai.
