Guest guest
One can achieve mokSha even with a kShudra vidya(the statement is a bit exaggerated for sure) if that is what the sAdhaka intends to achieve. If there is no yearning for mokSha in the first place, even ShoDhasI japa will not bring mokSha. This is primarily because mantra-s don't bring mokSha but can immensely help in the process of achieving the same. Coming back to pratya~NgirA, as an example, the nArAyaNI pratya~NgirA mantra clearly incorporates the vaiShNava aShTAkSharI and an exalted saura mantra(both considered mokSha mantra-s) along with others.
