Guest guest
Dear ramesh, There is a popular saying in telugu which says " An uneducated washerman is better than an educated person " . My gurupatni smt. varalakshmi was uneducated lady who studied upto 1st class. She got married as those were the times of child marriages. Had she questioned the paramacharya like us i think she would not have achieved the Mano Laya Yoga which is difficult form of upasana for even yogis. The quality she had was achanchala guru bhakti towards paramacharya. Mantra Mulam Gururor Murtihi... says the sruti. Whatever words that come from the mouth of gurunatha who is a realised person is a mantra even if it is a simple stotra. This poor lady unlike us had perfect faith on her husband and gurunatha. She got what she wanted. And moreover, initiation is not giving a mantra in the right ear and doing japa 108 times!!!. Initiation is putting the jiva in its original source ie., back to hridaya guha.
