They publish it Sowrya maanena, because the chaandra maanena calendars published in India is too complicated in USA due to the size of the country. They also recommend use of this calendar for use in Canada and USA, just adjusting for the time by corresponding Time Zone. According to this calendar, Vasantha Navarathri ends on Sunday April 13th.
