There are certain observations on khadgamaala which i just wanted to put forth in the forum. These things may be hard to digest but are facts. Svatmanandanatha and Sivanandanatha were great srividyopasakas of 11th century. Their works were pramana granthas for Appayya Dikshitar, Ramabhadra Dikshitar, Nilakanta Dikshitar, Bharati Krishna Tirtha (acharya of sringeri before vidyaranya). People while performing chakra archana are chanting " garimasiddi " at prathama avarana which is wrong. It has also been a observation that some people are writing at the end of the stotra “Namaste Namaste Namaste Namah”. To put Namah is wrong. It is only 3 Namastes. At siddhougha gurumandala, Kalatapanamayee is none other than Kankalatapasamayee. This devata is Kankaleswari. She is Kamkalamahayogini escalated to the Siddha Mandala Yogini. Her temple is at Chattisgarh. And Dipakalanathamayee is none other than the great Srividya Acharya Dipakanatha. The Manavougha Gurumandala is the disciples of Dipakanatha. Vidyananda and Sivananda being the pra-shishyas of SriRamananda (the last guru among manavougha) had compiled a pramana grantha called “SRICHAKRA ARCHANA SANKETA”. I perform the Khadgamaala Parayana in this manner as given by my guru. The word “Khadga” has been etymologically derived from Trilinga Bhasha. This term was in vogue during the vira upasana of Tripurasundari and Veerabhadra in Trilinga Desa. The Khadga denote the Vira Stuthi of the Great Queen Tripurasundari. There is also a similar stuthi for Veerabhadra in Trilinga Desa among Vira Saivaites. And symbolically among Vira Saivites, this Vira Stuthi is ascribed to Vira Khadga among the worshippers of Veerabhadra. LAST BUT NOT THE LEAST, I WOULD LIKE TO OFFER MY PROSTRATIONS AT THE FEET OF SMT. SRILAKSHMI, WHO IS THE DAUGHTER OF MY GURUNATHA. SMT.
