Guest guest
Greetings! I'd like to tell you about a project I submitted to Members Project. It's called " Save Vedic Education and Gurukula system " and with your support it could get funding from American Express. To nominate this project for potential funding, please go to Save Vedic Education and Gurukula system http://www.membersproject.com/project/view/IRSQJV Members Project is an exciting initiative that brings people together to make a difference in the world. It's simple. People go online to share ideas for projects — and ultimately vote on which projects will share $2.5 million in funding from American Express. In 2007, Members Project provided clean drinking water to children all across Africa. What will Members Project do this year? The decision is yours. Please nominate my project. I request EACH in your family to nominate this project separately. Each nomination counts. Kindly forward this message to your friends and contacts. Let us do our bit to preserve the glorious Vedic heritage. Thank you for your support. Regards Srikrishna 650-380-1890
Guest guest
Dear Krishna, Namaste. First of all accept my best wishes for your endeavor in saving the vedic culture and education and I appreciate your concern for this much-neglected education in most of the Brahmin families. Your surname which is " gadiyaram " is quite familiar to me and I know Shri Gadiyaram Ramakrishna Sarma, who is the Temple Chairman for the Alampur Devasthanam, Mahahoobnagar district of Andhra Pradesh. He passed away a couple of years back. A wonderful scholar and upasaka and strove hard to bring back the lost glory of the Jogulamba Temple. Are you related to him? By the way, I went through the 1st page of your article and couple of your sentences raised me eyebrow which is given below: " THE VEDAS ARE THE FIRST LITERACY DOCUMENTS IN THE HISTORY OF MANKIND. RG VEDA DATES FROM 1800 TO 1500 BC " What is the basis of prediction of vedic dates and whose advice you have taken for predicting the vedic dates? I am sorry to ask you this because this has been a trend since early 20th century and the real culprit is Max Mueller. This guy alongwith certain scholars was the first person to classify the veda by predicting EXACT DATES. Very few people know the other side of the personality of Max Mueller who compared the Vedas to " Howling of Dogs " . I have seen some of the contract agreements between Max Mueller and some of the scholars. These scholars used to translate Vedas and German Govt. used to pay money to these scholars for their " YEOMAN SERVICE " and Max Mueller was also involved in this conspiracy. Please understand that ours is Sanatana Dharma (Esha dharma sanatanah) and one should not classify the Vedas as per the Dates and Periods of BC and AD. With best wishes in your future endeavor and warm regards, Sriram , " srikrishna_ghadiyaram " <srikrishna_ghadiyaram wrote: > > Greetings! > > I'd like to tell you about a project I submitted to Members Project. > It's called " Save Vedic Education and Gurukula system " and with your > support it could get funding from American Express.
