Dear members,

Tripurasundari Dandakam is a wonderful composition on Shri Lalitha

Tripurasundari by Shri Dipakanathacharya. This Mahayogi is a great

Srividyopasaka who is the 4th Guru among the Siddhougha Guru Mandala of Devi

Khadga Mala.

The order of the divyougha guru mandala is :

Parameshwaraparameshwari, mitrEshamayi, shashTIshamayi, uDDIshamayi,

charyAnAthamayi, lOpamudramayi, agastyamayi.

The order of Siddhougha Guru Mandala is :

KankAlatApasamayI, DharmAchAryamayI, MuktakEshIshwaramayi, DipakanAthamayI.

This DipakanAthamayI is none other than the great upasaka and srividya guru Shri

DipakanAthachAryA. His Srividya guru is the great Mahayogini MuktakEsini. Her

guru is Shri Dipakanathacharya who is the author of Devi Panchastavi. The

famous sloka “viprAh kshONibhujO…….†Is the famous sloka from Laghu

stavah, which is a part of Devi Panchastavi. Interested members can study that

work which is available in Chowkhamba Book Stall. The 1st guru of this

Parampara is Kankalatapasa Yogini whose temple is in Chandniya village at

Chattisgarh.

This entire dandaka is interspersed with Tripurasundari Bija Mantras like Muka

Panchashati of Muka Sankara. The parayana of this gives Trailokya Vijaya. It

is interesting to note that Shri Dipakanatha Yogi worshipped Goddess

Tripurasundari with 2 hands and that is what is reflected in 19th sloka.

This sloka also finds the mention of Vama and Dakshina Marga that are the two

paths of Srividyopasaka. Any path can be chosen depending upon the taste of the

upasaka but it should conform to the varnasrama dharma.

His son is Vishnudeva who is the 1st guru of Manavougha Guru Mandala in Devi

Khadga Mala. And the parampara continued till Ramanandanatha. The

Guruparampara of Shri Ramanadanatha is still continuing till date (without any

break ie., avicchinna parampara).

The manavougha gurumandala is :

Vishnudeva, prabhakaradeva, tejodeva, manojadeva, kalyanadeva,

vasudevanandantha, ratnadevanandanatha, sri ramandanandanatha and so on.

namaste sriram garu!

In my khadgamala book

The order of Siddhougha Guru Mandala is :

kAlatApasamayI, DharmAchAryamayI, MuktakEshIshwaramayi, DipakalanAthamayI......

but you said:

The order of Siddhougha Guru Mandala is :

KankAlatApasamayI, DharmAchAryamayI, MuktakEshIshwaramayi, DipakanAthamayI.

almost in all books I have seen the same, what I said. where did you find this version? Pl. tell me.

The other thing according to my knowledge "Devi Pancha stavi" kartha is Sri Kalyana charanulu. not dipakanathacharyulu

Jaya
