Guest guest
Dear members, Just now i clarified with one of the advanced upasakas of sringeri parampara regarding the inclusion of Garima Siddhi Devata in 1st avarana. So, the same i just wanted to share with you all. As all are aware of the 3 sampradayas ie., hayagriva, ananda bhairava and dakshinamurthy. The sampradaya belonging to Dakshinamurthy use the Garima Siddhi Devata during their avarana archana. So, for them there is one more avarana alongwith 9 avaranas. The vritta traya (the 3 concentric circles in the sriyantra after bhupura) is one more avarana for them. Moreover, apart from nava yoginis in nava-avaranas, there is dasama yogini (10th yogini) for the 10th avarana. Moreover, some of the khadgamala devatas they donot use in the avarana archana. So, dakshinamurthy sampradayis use Garima Siddhi Devata alongwith Sarvakamasiddhi Devata. Shri Goda Sastrigal is of the view that Garima siddhi devata is equated with sarvakamasiddhi devata and hence some of the paramparas omit this siddhi devata.
