Guest guest
Dear satish, Thanks a lot dear. I have referred the Parasambhu Stotram and this sloka is the 86th sloka as you mentioned. Though this is described referring Siva, it also refers to the Mantraraja of Narasimha of anushtup metre (ugram viram mahavishnum.........mrityumrityum namamyaham " ). There is also aghora vidya of Parasiva embedded in it. thanks and regards, sriram , " Satish " <satisharigela wrote: > > Sriram, > > This is the shloka I mentioned the other day from Para-Shambhu mahimna > Stuti. > > The shloka is in praise of ParamaSiva but embedded in it is the > Mantra-raja of nR^isiMha. > > ugraM shAntaM ca vIraM sakalamaya mahAviShNuM agniM jvalantaM > sarvatrAnantavaktraM naramR^igavapuShaM bhIShaNaM sarvabhadram.h. > sarvaGYaM mR^ityumR^ityuM bahuvidhanutibhirvanditaM sarvalokai > rvishvAhaMkAra bIjaM paramashiva guruM tvAM bhaje mantrarAjaM..86.. > > An English translation of saubhAgya bhAskara by R.Anantakrishna Sastry > is available and can be found in some book stalls. >
