Guest guest
Dear members, This is the Subhagodaya of Shri Shivanandanatha. This is not to be confused with Subhagodaya Stuti of Shri Gaudapadacharya. Both are different. This is a short treatise on the Srichakra Bahiryaga Paddhati who also authored the “Saubhagya Hridaya Stotra†which is a short composition on the “Srisukta Rahasyaâ€. The same author has written a commentary on Subhagodaya which is called “Shubhagodaya Vasana†which is the Antaryaga Puja Paddhati (Internal Worship of Sriyantra). This subhagodaya is the Sriyantra bAhya varivasya which is a laghu puja paddhati envisaged by Shri Sivanandanatha. This would take about 1 hour. The navavarana archana is to be carried out by Khadgamala Namavalih. Within a short time and by Ambaal’s grace, I would bring the Shubagodaya Vasana to limelight. This Subhagodaya Vasana is the Sriyantra Antaryaga Paddhati which is the aikya bhavana of sriyantra in one's pindanda. shrI sivAnandanAtha virachita subhagOdayah yasmin srishTisthitidvamsa – nirOdhAnugrahAtmaham krityam panchavidham shashvad – bhAsatE tam stumah shivam …………..(1) (siva stuti) prAtah shirasi shuklE(a)bjE – dwinEtram dwibhujam gurum varAbhayayutam shAntam – smarEtannAmapUrvakam (guru dhyana) mUlAdi brahmarandhrAntam – mUlavidyAm vibhAvayEt uddyadinakarOdyOtAm – yAvacchwAsam driDhAsanah (mulavidya bhavana in 6 chakras) ashEShA(a)shubhashAntyartham – samAhitamanAschiram tatprabhAmaNDalavyAptam – sharIram parichintayEt (bhavana of himself in the mulavidya prakasa mandala as jyoti swarupa) snAnakarmaNi samprAptE – mUrdhni mantra jalAnjalim vidyayA(a)tha trishah kuryAt – tatpUta stri rapah pibEt (mantra snana of the upasaka) tarpaNam cha tridhA bhUya – stridhA cha prOkshaNam tanau tridhA chA(a)rghyam dinEshAya – tanmukhah samya gutkshipEt (3 arghyas & tarpana to surya) chakrarAjam hridi dhyAtva – madhyE dEvIm vibhAvayEt ashtOttarashatA(a)vrityA – japed vidyAm prasannadhIh (meditation of sriyantra in the heart alongwith tripurasundari and 108 japa of mulavidya) tatO mounI vishuddhAtma – hridA vidyAm parAmrishann abahirmAnasO yOgi – yAgabhUmi mathO vishEt (contemplation & reflection on the inner essence of mulavidya; with antarmukha avastha the upasaka should enter the mandira or puja griha) tatra prA^nmukha AsInO – varArghyAmbarabhUshaNah sindUrachitritam charka – rAjam bhUmou samAlikhEt (facing east, should draw the sriyantra on the ground which should be of red colour) athavA hEmatAmrAdi – paTTE chakram vilikhya tu sthApayE tpuratah pIThE – raktachandananirmitE (or the sriyantra should be drawn on gold / copper plate and should be placed on red sandel pIta) panchashakti chaturvahni – tadvilAsAtmakam samam rijvAkriti yathA chakram – tathA kuryA tsamAhitah bhUgriham svarapatrAbjam – sasvaram bhuvanAshrakam dasArayugma maShTAshram – tryasram madhyam cha bhEdatah trailOkyamOhanam chakram – sarvAshAparipUrakam sarvasamkshObhaNam chakram – sarvasaubhAgyadAyakam sarvArthsAdhakam chakram – sarvarakShAkaram tathA sarvarOgaharam hridyam – sarvasiddhipradAbhidham sarvAnandamayam madhyam – navamam chakranAyakam navadhA chakrasamkEtam – yO jAnAti sa pUjakah gandhapuShpAkShtAdImshcha dakshabhAgE nidhApayEt dIpAm stathA(a)bhitO mantra – pUratah sAdhanAntaram chakrarAjam samabhyarchya – tatah sampUrNavidyaya yajE tpuratrayam bhangyA – bIjatrayasamanvitam shOShadAhaplavam kritvA – vAyvagnisalilAkSharaih prANAyAmatrayam kuryAt – smaran vidyAm hridA punah (with ‘yamâ€, ‘ram’, ‘vam†bijas, pranayama should be performed) pArShNighAtakarAsphOTa – samuda^nchitavaktrakaih tAlatraya mathO dadyAt – sa shabdam sampradAyatah (as per the sampradaya, the upasaka should perform ashtadikbandhana, bhutocchatana, bhu tadana etc.) amrutIbhUtadEhO(a)sau – dEvyAtmA sAdhakOttamah nyAsam dEhasyAsanArham – vidadhIta vidhAnatah (perform the asana nyasa) iti bIjatrayAvrityA – madhyamAdi talAntakam karashuddhividhim kuryAt – sthitinyAsakramENa tu (with the bijas am Am sauh the sadhaka should perform sthiti nyasa) (here as per the sampradaya, the sadhaka should learn the anukalpana between himself, sriyantra, mula vidya and the adhishtana devata) chaturchi rEtairmanubhih – kuryA dAsanakalpanAm yaShTu shchakrasya mantrANAm – dEvatAnAm sa puShpakaih (shad anga nyasa as per sampradaya) ShaDanga mAcharE dEtaih – ShaDbhirmantraih sthitipradaih tridvyEkadashakatridvi – samkhyAmguligataih kramAt (The shadanga sthiti nyasas should be performed using 3, 2, 1, 10, 3, 2 fingers.
