One of the famous kirtana is “AlokayE sakhi bAlakriShnam…â€. This wonderful personality and great Krishna bhakta was a marvelous Srividyopasaka whose Samadhi and Adhishtanam is in Salem district of Tamil Nadu. His disciple was a famous scholar again by name Vijayesha Tirtha who was a great upasaka of Tyagaraja rupa Dakshinamurthy and Chitsabhanayaka of Chidambaram. BTW, do you have the detailed profile of Shri Upanishad Brahmendra Saraswati of Kanchipuram. I heard that his purva asrama nama is Shri Madhava Yogi.
