Guest guest
In the beginning there was a principle called " NirupAdhika Parabrahman " . During the creation, this principle becomes " sopAdhika " ie., " with sakti as medium or upAdhi " as there is no creation without Sakti. It is this Sakti which is called Mulaprakriti or Tripurasundari. This Tripurasundari is : 1) Amala-sattva-pradhAna 2) malina-sattva-pradhAna depending upon its functional aspect. Amala-sattva-pradhAna guNa induces pAramArthika jnAna / brahma jnAna and malina-sattva-pradhAna guNa induces vyavahArika / loukika jnAna. This malina-guNa is of 3 types: malina sattva, malina rajas and malina tamas. Among these, malina sattva guNa is also called mAyA. The parabrahma that is reflected in this mAyA is called " Ishwara " . This " mAyOpAdhika-IshwarA " is called " avyAkrita / antaryAmi " . The rAjasic ego (ahamkAra) of this Ishwara is " Brahma " , sAtvik ego is Vishnu and tAmasic ego is Rudra. The sAmyAvasthA of these 3 guNAs is called " Ishwara " and shuddhA sAtvik ahamkAra is sadAshiva. Malina Rajo-guNa is called Avidya. The parabrahman that is reflected in this Avidya is " Jiva " . AvidyOpadhika Jiva is called " prAjnA " . Malina Tamo-guNa is called " AvaraNa sakti " . The reflection of parabrahman in AvaraNa sakti is called " VikShepa sakti " . From this vikShepa sakti, originates the AkAsa tattva with " sabda " (sound) as essence. Also gives rise to parAshakti, anugraha kritya (among panchakrityas), ISHANA FACE OF SHIVA, shAntyatIta kaLa and YA-kAra (the letter YA in siva-panchAkshara). This is presided by sadAshiva. From akAsa with sabda tanmAtra, evolved the vAyu having sabda & sparsha (touch) tanmAtrAs. Also gives rise to adi-sakti, tirodhAna kritya, TATPURUSHA FACE OF SHIVA, shAnti-kaLA, VA-kAra (VA letter in Siva panchakshara). This is presided by Ishwara. From Vayu with sabda, sparsha tanmAtrAs, evolves Agni having sabda, sparsha & rupa (form) guNas. Also gives rise to Kriya Sakti, AGHORA FACE OF SHIVA, vidyA kaLa, SI-kAra (SI letter of Siva panchakshara). This is presided by Rudra. From Agni with sabda, sparsha, rupa guNas, evolves jala with sabda, sparsha, rupa & rasa (taste). Also gives rise to Jnana Sakti, MA-kAra letter of Siva Panchakshari, VAMADEVA FACE OF SHIVA, pratiShTha kala. This is presided by Vishnu. From jala with sabda, sparsha, rupa, rasa, evolves the prithvi having sabda, sparsha, rupa, rasa & gandha (smell) guNAs. Also gives rise to Iccha Sakti, SADYOJATA FACE OF SHIVA, NA-kAra of Siva Panchakshari. This is presided by Brahma. So, these is the gradation of evolution with 3 gunas of Mula-prakriti when mixed with malina-sattva guNa. There are further gradations in the evolution which comes under " sukshma panchikarana vidhAna " . So, the 5 letters of Siva Panchakshari NA, MA, SI, VA, YA form Sadyojata, Vamadeva, Aghora, Tatpurusha & Ishana faces of Para-shiva respectively. Their corresponding saktis are Iccha, Jnana, Kriya, Adi, parA with 5 functional aspects as srishti, sthiti, samhara, tirodhana and anugraha. with regards, sriram
