Can you please post the first new names in the aShTottara and the first two or three shloka-s of the sahasranAma for comparison. The reason is that most publishers in Andhra are in the habit of publishing the normal durga 108 and 1008 by merely retitling them VD 108 and VD 1008 when writing about VD. So I just wanted to see. I am bringing out srividhya pooja paddathi with mudras, vanadurga vidhanam, prathyinkira vidhanam, sarabha kalpam and i hope to release the same before the end of May 2009. I would also request the forum to let me know whether some one can help me translate telugu into sanskrit. I need some one who can work atleast part time in my computer or on holidays. Age no bar. Several upasakas have sent me some rare collections in telugu, but the benefit will reach other devotees only when they are in their own language. Can you help.I am prepared to pay a solatium within my means for this work. This pitha has a temple dedicated to Goddess Vanadurga. Shri Peri Bhaskara sarma had compiled VD upasana paddhati which is followed in the temple. Though i have seen the book, i had a cursory glance of preface of the book which mentions that VD 1000 names have been *compiled* to complete the 1000 names for the sake of sahasranamavalih.
