Stand on the head and count 1-10 on each anguli 208 thems, then repeat standing sitting and lying on back and each side. this should be done on 864 grams gold make a thin sheet. and after this donate it to a kula brahmana (only ME) [Thats not paying anything ok?] with 1 rupee dakshina. This is a trick by the srimali group. Their people go to each group and mention an alleged sadhana and talk about it. slowly guiding to their website. Good marketting strategy. We have ppl desperate for SOMTHING and they will fall for it. 1000 X 100 = 1 lakh.
